PRACTICALITIES

Initial meeting

The initial session is an opportunity for us to meet and decide if we can work together. We will take an initial assessment to gauge what your individual needs are. At the same time, this space offers you the chance to explore how to move forward; either together with me if you believe I am suitable for you, or to seek counselling elsewhere. Not all counsellors can work with all clients.

Research and experience shows that the most significant factor in predicting the outcome of therapy, is the relationship between therapist and client. We place great value in this and understand it is important for you to feel comfortable and safe.
