Through my own life experience and counselling training, it's my strong belief that a person can change and learn through introspection; to become empowered to find their own way. I genuinely value a person's individuality, honesty, integrity, connection and relationship; a person’s right to freedom from external control or influence.
Working from my private practice, I help people with a wide range of difficulties, from mild to moderate anxiety and depression, diagnosed mental health issues, low self - esteem and difficult work and relationship problems.
My training model was person-centred therapy and though I work mainly to this modality, I view each person as unique and I often adapt my approach depending on your issues and your preferences, so together we can create a therapy that's best suited to you.
